Who we are
Nordix Systems is the business-automation arm of NCS, a group that builds AI engines and foundation models for Iberian and Nordic markets. Inside NCS, three things sit side by side:
- NCS — the AI research and engineering core. Models, training infrastructure, evaluation.
- Nex — the consumer-facing surface. Apps and experiences for end users.
- Nordix Systems — the operator surface. Software that runs a business.
We exist for a single reason: most SMBs and mid-market operators cannot hire the team it takes to run modern operations. They cannot staff a media buyer, a receptionist, a bookkeeper, a community manager and a back-office analyst at the same time. So they pick two of five and the rest slips. Nordix Systems closes that gap with software.
What we build
Our hero product is Nordix BIOS — an AI workforce you direct by chat. One conversation, many hands. BIOS takes phone calls in your brand voice, launches and tunes paid campaigns on Meta and Google, posts to social, schedules reservations, follows up with leads, and reconciles the daily books. Each agent is custom-tuned per tenant, so it sounds like your business and follows your playbook.
Around BIOS we ship the operational modules that small operators need every day:
- Nordix POS — point-of-sale for retail, restaurants and services.
- Nordix Loyalty — points, tiers, and customer reactivation.
- Nordix Booking — reservations for restaurants, classes, and services.
BIOS is the brain. The modules are the hands.
How we work
Three principles guide the product:
- Chat-first. If you can describe it, BIOS should do it. We avoid building forms when a conversation works.
- Custom agents per tenant. Every customer gets their own agent persona, their own data scope, their own permissions. No shared prompts across tenants.
- Built on AWS. Multi-region, encrypted, row-level isolated. We treat tenant data the way a bank treats account data.
We ship continuously. We measure on customer outcomes — bookings made, calls answered, ads launched — not on screen time.
