- AI Agent(LLM agent, autonomous agent, agentic AI)
- A software system that uses a language model to plan and execute multi-step actions against real tools and systems — not just produce text.
- AI Workforce(agentic workforce, digital workforce, AI employees)
- A coordinated fleet of AI agents that perform the operational work of a business — answering customers, taking orders, reconciling invoices — alongside human staff.
- BIOS(Nordix BIOS, Business Intelligence Operating System)
- Nordix BIOS is the AI workforce that runs daily business operations by chat — reservations, orders, invoices, supplier coordination — against your real systems of record.
- Computer Use(browser use, screen control, desktop automation)
- An AI capability where an agent operates software by reading the screen and controlling the keyboard and mouse — used as a fallback when no API exists.
- Conversational Ops(conversational operations, chat-first operations, WhatsApp ops)
- The practice of running daily business operations through chat — WhatsApp, voice, email — with AI agents that take real actions against systems of record.
