Who this is for
- Marketing and ops agencies managing 10+ restaurant, retail, or wellness brands who want to offer "AI operations" as a productized service.
- Systems integrators doing POS or booking installations who want to bundle automation alongside the install.
- Franchisor head offices running 50+ locations who want a controlled rollout of Nordix BIOS as a corporate-provided tool.
- Independent consultants with a specific vertical (e.g. wineries, beauty clinics, padel clubs) who want a productized stack to deliver.
What you get
- The BIOS engine and modules — the same Nordix BIOS that ships to direct customers, with multi-tenant administration so you can manage all your clients from a single console.
- White-label option — the WhatsApp surface, the customer-facing emails, and the optional client dashboard can carry your brand. The engine stays Nordix.
- Rollout playbook — a step-by-step guide covering scoping, onboarding, week-one operations, and the first quarterly review with the client.
- Revenue share — starting at 20% of MRR for the first year of a referred customer, with volume tiers up to 40%. Partners with operational responsibility (you handle deployment) receive a structurally higher share.
- Joint go-to-market for partners reaching a sustained MRR threshold — case studies, co-branded content, and an introduction to the relevant NCS group resources.

- 1
Intro call
30 minutes. We learn what verticals and geographies you cover, what your client book looks like, and what your delivery capacity is. You learn what BIOS does today and what is on the near roadmap.
- 2
Technical fit walkthrough
We run BIOS against a sample client scenario you bring — phone-call automation for a 3-location restaurant, a booking flow for a salon group, ads for a retail chain. You see exactly what your future clients will see.
- 3
Partnership agreement
A short partnership MSA covers IP, white-label rights, revenue share tiers, mutual confidentiality, and the playbook.
- 4
First client
You pick one client to lead with. We pair on scoping for free, you run the rollout, and we coach you through the first 60 days. After that, you operate independently.
What we expect from partners
- Honesty in scoping. Do not promise a client something Nordix BIOS does not do yet. The product is honest about its limits — your scoping should be too.
- Operational accountability. You are the named contact for your clients. We back you up technically; we do not parachute in over your head.
- Mutual learning. Tell us what your clients ask for that we cannot deliver yet. That feedback drives the roadmap.
Frequently asked questions
Who owns the client data?
The end client always owns its operational data. As the partner, you have administrative access through the multi-tenant console. Nordix Systems acts as processor under a DPA signed with the end client. You can export the data at any time as the client's representative.
What can be white-labelled, and what cannot?
The WhatsApp surface, the customer-facing emails, the on-screen branding inside the client dashboard, and the SMS sender ID can all be white-labelled to your brand. The underlying engine remains Nordix BIOS — we do not allow a partner to claim end-to-end authorship of the platform. Legal documents (MSA, DPA, security disclosures) must reference Nordix Systems as the technology provider.
Do you offer exclusive territories?
Not by default. We work with multiple partners in the same geography and the same vertical, because clients are won by execution and not by territory locks. Exclusivity in a narrow segment (for example, a specific franchise group) can be negotiated case by case for partners hitting a sustained volume tier.
What training do partner staff receive?
A two-day onboarding (live or recorded) covering the BIOS engine, the rollout playbook, the multi-tenant console, and the most common scoping mistakes. Recurring monthly calls cover roadmap, common questions, and partner-driven feedback. New features ship with hands-on enablement sessions.
