Terms of use

Plain-language terms that govern your use of the Nordix Systems website and a booked demo. The full commercial agreement lives in a signed MSA.

Scope

These terms cover only:

  • Your use of the website at nordixsystems.com.
  • The lead-capture and demo-booking forms.
  • Any preliminary conversation between you and the Nordix Systems team that happens before a Master Services Agreement (MSA) is signed.

They do not govern the use of the Nordix BIOS product, the POS, Loyalty, or Booking modules. Those are covered by the MSA you sign with us before deployment.

Acceptable use

You may use the website to read content, browse our public information, and contact us. You may not:

  • Run automated scrapers that ignore robots.txt.
  • Attempt to access non-public endpoints, exploit vulnerabilities, or test our security without prior written authorization.
  • Submit false information through the forms.

Suspected abuse is logged, IP-throttled, and may be reported to the relevant authority.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, code, schema markup — is © Nordix Systems and the NCS group unless otherwise marked. The Nordix Systems name, the Nordix BIOS name, the NCS name, and the related logos are trademarks of the NCS group. You may quote short passages for review, journalism, or research with attribution.

Open source contributions we publish under permissive licenses are explicitly marked in their respective repositories.

Forms and free communications

When you submit a form you are starting a sales conversation. You are not yet a customer. We respond within one business day. The conversation is recorded in our internal CRM (see privacy policy) and we may reach out by email up to twice to follow up on an enquiry.

No payment, no purchase, and no service obligation arises from a form submission alone.

Demo bookings

A demo booking reserves a time slot for the Nordix Systems team to walk you through Nordix BIOS over video. We confirm by email within one business day. Either party can reschedule or cancel without penalty up to one hour before the meeting.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as-is. We make no warranty of accuracy, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nordix Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Once you sign an MSA, that document supersedes these terms for commercial liability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain, unless the MSA specifies otherwise.

Changes

We update these terms when needed. Material changes are announced at the top of this page and dated. Continued use of the site after a change implies acceptance. Last updated 2026-05-12.
