The compliance officer controls the consent template, the channels and the cadence from the admin console.

  • How does the renewal cycle work?

    Nordix BIOS reads policy and contract anniversaries from the broker management system or the firm's CRM, and triggers outreach in the window the firm configures — typically 60, 30 and 7 days before renewal. Each message offers the renewal terms, surfaces any policy change, and books a call with the licensed adviser if the client wants to negotiate.
