The agency uploads the listing once to the property management system and BIOS keeps every portal in sync — photos, prices, status, takedowns. Custom portals can be added during onboarding.
How does BIOS pick which agent gets which lead?
Routing rules are configured per agency — by area, by property type, by language, by round-robin or by load. BIOS reads the rule set, the agent calendars and the lead's own profile, and assigns the lead to the agent most likely to close, with the right opening slots on their schedule. Can BIOS collect rent payments on behalf of a property manager?
